Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. We recommend using a standard trackable service.
We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds will be in the form of store credit. We do not refund postage/shipping charges on US orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, complete the return label found on the back of your order packing slip.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a "store credit" code will be sent to you via email.
We do not offer cash refunds.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing pieces for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is also not refundable.

- Sale items - only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded
We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect item was received. If your items meet these conditions, send us an email at email@example.com to initiate your exchange.
